Return, Refund and Exchanges Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Sun Colors Digital Graphics! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. We accept returns and exchanges on most items, the items must be in their original condition, original packaging where applicable and received back at Sun Colors Digital Graphics within 30 days of the initial purchase.

 

Conditions for Returns: 

For the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The items must be in original condition.
  • The items are in the original packaging where applicable.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Liquid Hand Sanitizer Refill Boxes unsealed after delivery.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Method 1: Return it to a store 

  1. Call us at (787) 995-3900 or email us at estore@suncolors.com to start the return process.
  2. Return the items in original condition and original packaging within 30 days of the initial purchase.

 

Method 2: Ship it back to us 

  1. Call us at (787) 995-3900 or email us at estore@suncolors.com to start the return process.
  2. Pack & seal the items securely in a box.
  3. Drop off at your preferred carrier for shipping.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Refunds: 

Once you send the product back to us, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks at the latest. However, please keep in mind that in many cases you will receive your refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (up to 5 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days depending upon your bank). Refunds will be issued in accordance with the original form of payment.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: 

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Sun Colors Digital Graphics and we will arrange for a replacement.
